We offer a low cost flat rate of $2.99 on all orders, and free shipping for all orders over $40. Most of our orders take 1-2 business days to process and leave our facilities, and an additional 2-5 business days to arrive. 

We hope you and your pup are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
